Return & Refund Policy

At GoWooder, your satisfaction is our top priority. We work hard to ensure every handmade product you receive meets your expectations. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned — and if that happens, we’re here to make it right.

This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns work, what’s eligible, what’s not, and how we handle refunds. It applies to all orders placed through gowooder.shop.

1. Returns

If you’re not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 14 days from the day your order is marked as delivered by the courier.

Eligibility for returns:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • Item must be in the same condition as received

  • Proof of purchase required (order number or confirmation email)

❌ We cannot accept returns on:

  • Final Sale or Clearance items

  • Opened personal care or hygiene products

  • Perishable or custom-made products

  • Digital products or gift cards

  • Items damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or ignoring care instructions

2. How to Start a Return

To begin a return, email us at gowooder5@gmail.com with the subject:
“Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”

Include in your email:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if damaged, defective, or incorrect)

Once reviewed, we’ll confirm if your return is eligible. If approved, we’ll send return instructions and the return address.

⚠️ Do not return any item without approval — unauthorized returns will not be processed.

3. Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • GoWooder pays if:

    • The item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Customer pays if:

    • You changed your mind, ordered the wrong size/color, or any other personal reason.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval

  • Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable

  • Refund is only for the amount you paid (discounts excluded)

If you haven’t received a refund after 15 business days, first check with your bank, then contact us.

⚠️ If your return does not meet the conditions, it may be sent back without a refund.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives broken, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at gowooder5@gmail.com. Please include:

  • Order number

  • Short explanation of the issue

  • Photos of the problem

We’ll usually offer a replacement, store credit, or refund. In some cases, we may not require you to return the item.

6. Exchanges

Currently, we don’t offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or design, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order after your refund is processed.

7. Cancellations

We process orders quickly, so cancellations aren’t guaranteed.

  • If you contact us within 6 hours of placing your order, we may be able to cancel it.

  • After that, you’ll need to wait for delivery and request a return.
