At GoWooder, we are committed to delivering your order safely, quickly, and with care. Since we operate from Pakistan and also have shipping partnerships in the USA, we ensure smooth delivery for both local and international customers.

This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and handle deliveries, so you know exactly what to expect.

1. Where We Ship

Currently, we ship to:

  • Pakistan (local delivery)

  • United States of America

  • United Kingdom

  • Other selected international locations

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and national holidays). Processing includes verifying details, quality checks, and secure packaging.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

We ship from Pakistan for local orders and from Pakistan/USA fulfillment centers for overseas customers. Estimated delivery times:

  • Pakistan: 3–6 business days

  • United States: 7–15 business days

  • United Kingdom: 8–16 business days

  • Other countries: 10–20 business days (subject to customs)

⚠️ Note: These are estimated times. Delays may occur due to customs, courier workload, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Pakistan: Free standard shipping on most products.

  • USA & International Orders: Free standard shipping on most products. If any product has shipping charges, they will be shown at checkout.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a tracking link.

Tracking updates may take a few days to appear. If you don’t receive your tracking info within 5 business days, please contact us at gowooder5@gmail.com.

6. Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately (from Pakistan or the USA) to ensure faster delivery.

Each package will have its own tracking number.

7. Delivery Delays or Issues

If your package doesn’t arrive within the estimated timeframe, contact us with your order number and tracking details at gowooder5@gmail.com.

We will investigate with our shipping partners. Please note that customs or local courier delays are sometimes unavoidable.

8. Incorrect Addresses or Delivery Failures

Please ensure your address is accurate before payment.

GoWooder does not cover:

  • Lost packages due to incomplete or incorrect addresses

  • Failed deliveries when no one is available to receive the parcel

  • Orders returned to us as unclaimed

If returned, we will contact you to arrange redelivery (additional shipping charges may apply).

9. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International orders (including USA & UK) may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes upon delivery.

  • These are not included in your order price.

  • Customers are responsible for these charges.

  • Regulations vary by country; check with your local customs office if unsure.
